The questions we get most
Do I really pay no hosting fee?
Eligible static websites are hosted on GitHub Pages, which lets us provide hosting without charging a monthly hosting fee. Websites that need server-side processing, databases, authentication, private APIs, or dynamic backend functionality may require a different hosting solution, quoted separately.
Is a custom domain included?
You can use the free default GitHub Pages URL, or connect a custom domain like www.yourbusiness.com. Domain registration cost is separate from the website package unless explicitly included, and we can handle setup for an additional fee.
What counts as a free update?
Changing text, replacing images, updating your phone number, WhatsApp number, business information, social links, or correcting small content issues.
What doesn't count as a free update?
New pages, major redesigns, new functionality, e-commerce, booking systems, authentication, database-backed functionality, and major structural changes. These are quoted separately.
How long does delivery take?
Timelines depend on how quickly we receive your content, but our reusable template system is built to keep delivery fast, especially for Starter and Plus websites.
What do I need to provide?
Your business/personal details, a short description of what you do, your services, contact information, social media links, preferred colors, your logo (if you have one), and any images you'd like used.

What if my website needs are more complex than the standard packages?
Talk to us about the Custom package. Pricing and free-update period are agreed based on the scope of the project.
