Terms of Service

What these terms cover

These terms apply when you order a website from Elevven11 Studio, or when you take part in our referral agent programme. Placing an order means you accept them. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you pay.

Packages and pricing

We offer three packages. Prices are one-time, quoted in Naira, and cover the work described on the pricing page:

• Starter — ₦50,000, one-page website, 2 weeks of free updates
• Plus — ₦80,000, multi-page website, 1 month of free updates
• Custom — from ₦120,000+, scoped per project, 3 months of free updates

Custom work is quoted before it starts. We may change our prices at any time, but a price we have quoted to you does not change once you have paid.

Payment

Work begins once payment is confirmed. Payment terms for Custom projects are agreed in writing before the project starts.

What you provide

You supply the content: your business details, a description of what you do, your services, contact information, social links, images and logo.

You confirm that you have the right to use everything you send us, including photographs, logos and text. We are not responsible for content you supply that infringes someone else's rights, and we may decline to publish anything we believe is unlawful.

The free update period

Every package includes a free update window, starting from the day your website goes live. During that window we will make small changes at no extra cost:

• Changing text
• Replacing images
• Updating your phone number, WhatsApp number or business information
• Updating social links

These are quoted separately because they are new work: new pages, major redesigns, new functionality, e-commerce, booking systems, authentication, database-backed features and major structural changes.

Hosting

Eligible static websites are hosted on GitHub Pages, which is why we can offer hosting without charging a monthly fee. That arrangement depends on a third party we do not control, and on your site remaining eligible.

Sites needing server-side processing, databases, authentication, private APIs or other dynamic functionality are not eligible and will need a different hosting arrangement, which you pay for. A custom domain is optional and its registration and renewal are paid by you.

Ownership

Your content stays yours. Once your website is paid for and delivered, the site we built for you is yours to use.

Our underlying templates, design system and code patterns remain ours, and we reuse them across projects. We may show your finished website in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

Timelines and revisions

Delivery times depend on how quickly we receive your content. We will give you an estimate, but an estimate is not a guaranteed date. You review the site and request revisions before it goes live; we adjust it based on your feedback.

Referral agent programme

If you take part in the referral programme, these rules apply:

• Each agent receives a unique referral code, and a referral must be attributable to that code
• Commission is paid only after the referred customer's payment is confirmed
• Agents must not promise features or prices outside the official packages
• Elevven11 Studio makes the final pricing and technical decisions
• Fraudulent or duplicate referrals do not qualify for commission
• Commission rates may change for future referrals, with notice

Agents are independent. Taking part does not make you an employee, partner or representative of Elevven11 Studio.

Cancellation

If you cancel before work starts, we refund what you paid. If you cancel after work has started, we may keep a fair amount for the work already done and refund the rest. If we cannot deliver what you ordered, we refund you in full.

Limits

We build websites carefully, but we cannot promise a website will produce customers, sales or search rankings. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party services we do not control, such as hosting, domain registrars or social platforms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here on the day you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
