Tell us what you need
Using one of our extensions?
Our extensions have no accounts and no support inbox of their own, so this page is where they send you. Pick the closest one and the form above fills in the rest.
Something is broken
Tell us the extension and the site. That is usually enough for us to reproduce it.
Report a bugHow does it work?
What it reads, what it stores, or why it needs a permission. We answer plainly.
Ask a questionWaiting on a launch
WebInspect is heading to the Chrome Web Store, with three more behind it. We will tell you when yours is live.
Tell me whenEvery extension publishes its own privacy policy saying exactly what it reads and stores. See all four extensions, or read the WebInspect policy directly.
Using Counterbook?
Make a backup first, then tell us what you did and what you saw. For a security problem, say so in the message.
