What we collect

When you fill in the Get Started form or the Contact form, we collect what you type: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, business details, and anything else you choose to share (like a referral code from an agent).

This site also uses Google Analytics to see basic, aggregated traffic information — pages visited, rough location (country/city level), and device type. It doesn't identify you personally. Google Analytics is configured with Google Signals, which means Google may also use this visit to build advertising audiences under its own terms.

Where it goes

When you press the WhatsApp or Email button on the Get Started or Contact form, two things happen. WhatsApp (or your mail app) opens with your details pre-filled, ready for you to press send. At the same time, the details you typed are sent to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, so that an enquiry isn't lost if the handoff fails or you close the app before sending.

This means we do receive what you typed at the moment you press one of those buttons, not only when a WhatsApp message arrives. Nothing is sent while you are simply filling the form in, and nothing is sent if you never press either button. Web3Forms passes the submission on to us under its own privacy policy; we don't keep it anywhere else.

If you arrived via a referral link (a URL ending in ?ref=CODE), that code is held in your browser and included with your enquiry, so it can be credited to the right referral agent.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets its own cookies to measure traffic, including advertising audience cookies, under its own privacy policy. To be clear about what our cookie banner does: these Google cookies are set on every page either way, and the Accept/Decline choice in that banner does not control them. Blocking them is done through your browser or an extension.

What the banner does control is our own cookie. We ask if you'd like us to remember your form progress and referral code, so a half-filled form or a referral link survives a closed tab or a return visit. Nothing is saved unless you accept, and that stays in your browser — it's only sent anywhere if you press the WhatsApp or Email button.

You can clear these cookies at any time with the "Clear saved info & cookies" button on the Get Started page, or by clearing cookies for this site in your browser settings.

Who sees it

Only Elevven11 Studio reads the information you send. It reaches us either through WhatsApp or email, or through Web3Forms, which delivers the form to our inbox and does not use it for anything else. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else. Google Analytics processes traffic data separately, under its own privacy policy.
